Frieza destroyed the planet with KI from one finger. There is no attack in Frieza’s arsenal called “Planet buster” that specifically levels planets. It’s just through pure POWER that he destroyed the Saiyajin planet. And every SSJ is easily more powerful than Friza in his base form.
And yes, you are saying that Vegeta cannot blow up Konoha with a finger blast in an earlier post because all he did was blow up part of a stadium with his hand blast. That’s asinine because everyone up to that point (the Majin arc) is WAY more powerful than that. So, no. I’m not putting words in your mouth. I don’t have to. You’re actually ignorant enough to say them yourself.
And Kakashi says it’s lightning ELEMENT. Not actual lightning.

You misunderstood they use the chakra controls the element to make it a weapon. Yet Vegeta still still used his hand. Plus lightning IS AN ELEMENT OF NATURE if it wasn’t lightning it wouldn’t be called an element they said they said that they can control nature with charka not make them. The kirin was called an lightning element jutsu itself.

It is not real lightning. You don’t seem to get that. It is chakra in the form of electricity. If it was real lightning, then he would not have an arm, nor a hand at all. And why doesn’t the poison harm shizune?
