Nah, everybody important likes me. If anything, I’m somewhat responsible for some members staying.

I think it’s the last bold sentence that is a major fact contributing to your lack of warnings.
We, technically, are not required to give warnings to repeat offenders, as they have already been warned of the same offence in the past.

You don’t get warnings anymore because you’ve already been warned of every single offense, yet you still do it. The point of warnings is if someone isn’t sure of the rules or hasn’t broken one before. You know all the rules, yet you still break them. You don’t need warnings. You need an ass beating.
