for one thing there are times when it flashes specific phrases to Google so you can research what is being said.
Warning, I stopped the movie to take a quick breather because I saw some disturbing stuff. actual footage by Soldiers in Iraq, of their buddies beating kids and another of them shooting, for no reason, at unarmed Iraqi’s who are driving by.. for no reason other than a laugh..
i put it in On Topic because this needs serious discussion and I hope it gets it, gotta watch the rest, and I hope others do too ---

Yeh, really, just get over the whole 9/11 thing.
It only truly lasted a day. The next day people started going back work. Did it really do much apart from physical damage?
Didn’t think so.
Get over it guys. ---

and thought it was interesting.
I also think it’s interesting that they support google specifically, which is a huge corporation while at the same time denouncing media corporations (side note).
I know there’s a lot of controversy with this issue (I think it was Zucas that made a topic pertaining to this), but this video was really my first introduction to some of the issues.
It was of course one-sided and sensationalist, but still had some good information I think.
I also think it’s difficult for people to understand the complexity of situations like this (I know I don’t).
Aaron’s comment “Do you really think President Bush is smart enough to plan all that shit...I think not.", shows that he missed the entire point.
I don’t think it’s individuals so much as it is the system.
Think of a corporation, a corporation is made up of individuals, but a corporation also tends to run as if it’s it’s own indentity.
Something like 9-11, the various decisions made, a million nuances and situations that could lead one thing to another...
I don’t know, I think in general people are really unaware of how the very powerful institutions actually function. I count myself among those.
Personally, I think before, the 'furthest' I was willing to go was to say that the 'government' knew or sorta knew about the attacks but didn’t do anything about them (or something similar to that).
But now I question if that was my limit only because it made me feel better...I think so.
I’m not convinced either way, and in my life this will not be something I ponder about, but it was interesting nonetheless. ---
