Thanatos require no body (How they gonna punch him) He can dematerialize or materialize depending to his mood... and he can suck out someone souls or even gods souls from his temple and erasing it to nothingness...

Superboy-Prime has survived from reality manipulation from Mr.Mxyzptlk before.Mr Mxyzptlk,who can bend and recreate reality itself,if he wants,he could change Superman into a dust by just wishing that Superman.Yet,with all of his might powers,he couldn’t defeat Superboy-prime.

Ever heard of Imperiex,he also doesn’t have a body,but our CURRENT Superman defeat him by sending back his concious into 14 billion years in the past.I doesn’t see how couldn’t Superboy-Prime do the same thing against him.
