Actually I change my mind.
First of all, Sasuke is obvious a lot faster, stronger and more agile in his physical abilities.
Second, gadgets like batarangs and such are not allowed, taking away batmans main advantage.
Third, Sasuke has freaking supernatural abilities! He can shoot fire and electricity as well as summon snakes and do other stuff.
So I think Sasuke will win.

Sasuke have Kagebunshin, Genjutsu and Chidori... He also have Kusanagi Sword... Batarangs not affected to Sasuke since Sasuke train how to throw Kunai etc...
