First of all, Sasuke is obvious a lot faster, stronger and more agile in his physical abilities.
Second, gadgets like batarangs and such are not allowed, taking away batmans main advantage.
Third, Sasuke has freaking supernatural abilities! He can shoot fire and electricity as well as summon snakes and do other stuff.
So I think Sasuke will win.

Regardless of how much experience Batman DOES have with ninja magic and magic of any kind. He normally has foresight or protection. Batman’s second smartest on DC Earth? Mr.Terrific, Lex Luthor, Ray Palmer?
BTW, since batman has all his gadgets then it would mean that he would also use GL ring.

i wouldnt say its invincible, nut it is very tough. it saved bats behind a lot of times. batman can survive an explosion without a scratch whatsoever thanks top his armor. | |
