Got that right. If that dude wasn’t having a divine revelation he must have been having an acid trip or a nightmare or both at once.

It probably wasn’t as bad back then. When stories like that would make sence.

Well, it still makes sense now in metaphors... though skeptics would probably say it was all literal to begin with and metaphors are invented by people trying to interpret it in a way that makes sense because they want to believe it.

Being a Science Major, it was also just getting too hard to believe the bible with all this contradictory evidence pointing to it being false. I’m more motivated, wake up feeling great, ready to start the new day and am living an overall greatly improved lifestyle. I even eat better now and exercise regularly now that I have a higher motivation to achieve than ever before.

I don’t really define myself beyond that because my beliefs and ideas are still in flux. I like to research, explore, and question everything.
And Son Gohan...I hear you - I went through a similar experience.

Yes...i also feel like that...!! Cuz i read a bit more....n search more...!! Cuz in my place....there`s a lot of influential n some fights by Christians to us .....ehh..!! So...i might know that as well..!! N i just take off the man-made topics...Cuz...man can`t exactly report a direct report to other...what they had been told...!! They just make it bigger or smaller by own thoughts..!! So in order to emphasize a religion....we may need to delete the man-made things...first...!!

1. Satan represents indulgence instead of abstinence!
2. Satan represents vital existence instead of spiritual pipe dreams!
3. Satan represents undefiled wisdom instead of hypocritical self-deceit!
4. Satan represents kindness to those who deserve it instead of love wasted on ingrates!
5. Satan represents vengeance instead of turning the other cheek!
6. Satan represents responsibility to the responsible instead of concern for psychic vampires!
7. Satan represents man as just another animal, sometimes better, more often worse than those that walk on all-fours, who, because of his “divine spiritual and intellectual development,” has become the most vicious animal of all!
8. Satan represents all of the so-called seven deadly sins, as they all lead to physical, mental, or emotional gratification!
9. Satan has been the best friend the Church has ever had, as He has kept it in business all these years!
