There’s a one hour posting delay... post, and wait at least one hour before posting again.

Given that there’s a huge assload of moviecodec users, I stuck to what I saw as the ones that are popular, or sort of; once this round is finish, we can do other groups.

All star with 25 points, and the users can not vote for themselves, but can take away from others.

I specified this. I don’t mind the member rep. Mostly because it’s not so much reputation as it is sucking up, thanking someone, or bribing someone.
