He could rewind time with the ocarina at the point where Luffy hit him and since he’s already been hit by it once he’d probably be able to dodge the blow.

I thought Links only way of rewinding time was in Majoras Mask and it had to take him 3 days back.

Good point but the main idea behind it would still work even if he goes back 3 days he would see everything that Luffy did before he went back in time and dodge them all.

It doesn’t have to be he would just go on doing what he was doing before the fight and when the time fot the fight happens he knows exactly what Luffy would do.

Whats the chances of Luffy figthing exactly the same though?He may now know that Luffy can stretch but he doesn’t know all of his abilities.

Then he could just go through the fight over and over again learning more and more about Luffy’s abilities each time he rewinds time. Maybe he trys to flood the field with the Song of storms one time and finds out Luffy can’t swim. If you can’t beat someone down the first time rewind time and try again.

I doubt Link would do that.He would probably avoid fighting Luffy again the second time Luffy sent him flying.The chances of him using the song or very low.Infact Luffy just standing there letting him play the song is low.Theres also the fact that Luffy has a habit of coming up with new attacks.

Link also has a habit of observing the way his eneimes move and forming a strategy to defeat them. And the chances of him trying to flood the field wouldn’t be that low if he’s trying to use the full potential of his Zora form.

Link could just enter the battle as Fierce Diety Link. Or flood the field just before the battle.

Luffy isn’t always by water so theres a low chance of him figuring out his weakness is water.As for Fierce Diety Link.He is much slower than Luffy.

Regular Luffy would have a problem with multiple being fired.Gear 2 wouldn’t.
