Umm, how so? Gunslang and The Pain have both stated the same position as myself and pretty much every historian ever. You’re the one who is wrong. Grow the fuck up and admit it.
once again you tell me to grow up. a failing communist system is still communist. eventually they will morph into something else. failing communism is still communism, and wait, didn’t you just recently tell me that those countries were communist? yes you did. you just don’t know what to say do you?

Britain is hardly a shining example of democracy.
bum boy Blair gave the best years any democracy has seen .. and thats good as it gets..
Democracy since the Magna Carta in .. erm 1236 AD or someit .. and if THATS not enough .. nothing is.
Europe is the light !
lol
Not really; under Blair, we’ve become a surveillence society, and are now blacklisted with countries such as China for State Interference. Similarly, we’ve slipped incredibly far down the democratic tables, and it’s apparent that human rights are the least of this government’s concerns.

For the last time.
That’s not my point.
Jesus Christ, you utter moron. My point is, it’s not true, pure, unadulterated, untainted communism, as per Karl Marx.
Yes, they’re communist. I’ve said that many times.

What exactly are you argueing for?
You don’t seem to be able to set on one particular arguement.
Do you have an informed opinion on anything?
if you’re blind i suggest getting a brail keyboared. my arguement was the ussr, china, veitnam and cuba were or are communist nations. never did i argue any differently.
and this is the third or fourth time you’ve accused me of doing something you’ve been doing... maybe you should go see a professional. i would hate to find out i was being so mean to the mentally handycap.
opinion... you basically asked me for my opinion... you’d love my thought’s on why people choose communism, witch is substantually different from why people say they prefer it. i’ll have to get on that later though, i' already running late.

“Eternal vigilance is the price of Democracy”
We didnt install cameras and lost 200 of our citizens when trains were bombed by Muslim extremistst
Only about 60 odd died in the London bombings and the perpetrators were caught pretty soon enough
You have no clue mate... its much better having cameras installed than being blown up.
Cameras aren’t particularly the issue anyway - it’s the 60 days without trial and various other breaches of human rights that makes the UK less democratic than it used to be.
Aaanyway, you really can’t deny that the UK is less democratic than it once was. For instance, The Privacy & Human Rights Report rank the UK as low as China.
This table sums up quite nicely the breaches that the UK is guilty of.
The UK is currently only just in the top ten in the world rankings for democracy, which doesn’t seem too awful (America is 15th), but the point is it’s slipping down. The UK is very definately on a slippery slope downwards.
There’s talk of vote rigging (Postal votes are such a sham in this country), the parliamentry system is biased towards the party in power, and the breaches of human rights are endless.
It’s also worth noting that political correctness, which is a plague in this country, frankly, has often been compared to Newspeak. There’s not significant commotion in this country over human rights for no reason.
Edit: Ahh, that’s what I was trying to find.
Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states;
“Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance”
The 'lyrical terrorist' hadn’t actually done anything illegal. Sure, they were disturbing poems, but she hadn’t done anything. There are bands with lyrics more disturbing, but she was sentenced because she was muslim, and these were related to terrorism.
“A person commits an offence if ... he collects or makes a record of information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism”
I’m sure you can appreciate the enormity of such a law, and the 'wooliness' of it. It’s interpretations can be endless, and as such is an incredibly worrying law. Thought crime is here.
If that’s not an erosion of democracy and human rights, I ask you; what is?

No.
You argued that all variations on communism should be viewed under the same title.
communism is what it is. it was the ussr, it is china, cuba, vietnam. it was never ment to be peaceful.
See?
Every historian ever will tell you that you’re an utter pillock.
my god you’re such an idiot. I said they were communist. that’s all i said, but you’re incapable of admitting defeat, so you have to come up with a bunch more bs. i never once said all communism is all the same. you’re still a liar and a moron.
let me sum it up for you. i said they were communist, you said they weren’t. now you say they are. the funniest thing about all of this is i wouldn’t call vietnam or china communist, cause in more recent times they have turned a blind eye to private business. government control of all commerce is the last thread of communism in these to countries and it’s nearly gone.
what is your idea of an informed opinion? from what i’ve read you have to be told your opinion. one day you might grow up and develop your own views on different subjects. until then people like me will continue to make jokes about you and your trendy follow the leader views. I know communism has became the new anarchy for trend followers these days, and you have to pretend to understand it. it makes me laugh.
i have to admit, it’s been fun pissing you off and watching you change your stance the last couple of days. the best part of this is that i smoked you in an argument that i didn’t really believe in.
for future reference, since you supposedly studied this for two years, you should try bringing up more facts. like, all communists are socialists, but not all socialists are communist. this is because socialism only requires that the state maintains dominant influence over the economy, communism requires full control over the economy.
telling me that they are not communist cause they are leninist, taoist, or stallinist is retarded cause they are all still communist.
better luck “trolling” next time kid. and i do mean kid.
