Ryu is stronger than M.Bison by the end of the 3rd game.He also defeated Akuma.Akuma destroyed a mountain...

You said Liu surpasses him in power.If Liu can’t destroy a mountain he doesn’t surpass him.Skill is more than likely even.Both of studies under powerful masters and train every day.Both have alot of discipline however Ryu unlike Liu was never killed.Evil Ryu ftw.
