ryu wins if he will use the dark hadou.

remember, akuma used the dark hadou to punch a battle ship in half.

and, the fighting style of ryu is an assassination fighting style.

liu kang on the other hand, well, he can turn into a dragon. and summon an arcade machine to crush his opponent. so, thats the only chance liu kang has.
