Like I said. Evolution ONLY moves forward. It never moves back. It’s not evolution, that would be devolution.

Where does it say it only moves forward?

Theory does not mean an unsubstantiated guess or hunch, as it can in everyday speech. A theory is a logically self-consistent model or framework for describing the behavior of a related set of natural or social phenomena.

In the definition of the word.

“A gradual process in which something changes into a different and more complex or better form"

In biology, evolution is a change in the inherited traits of a population from one generation to the next. This process causes organisms to change over time. Inherited traits are the expression of genes that are passed on to offspring during reproduction. Mutations in genes can produce new or altered traits, resulting in the appearance of heritable differences between organisms. Such new traits also come from the transfer of genes between populations, as in migration, or between species, in horizontal gene transfer. Evolution occurs when these heritable differences become more common or rare in a population, either non-randomly through natural selection or randomly through genetic drift.

Like I said in the other thread, don’t water it down with added words. Evolution is a step forward. Evolution is to evolve, not to devolve.

Your trying to dumb it down and add more words that dont have anything to do with evolution eg. Magic man did it. for creationism. Except I didnt add in factory or workers...

First of all I need to say that I’m an atheist.

I’m not going to attack Gplex just because he is an atheist.

That being said, I think Gplex is absolutely retarded. Almost all of your claims have nothing to do with religion. There is no doubt in ANYBODY’S mind that science has not advanced health communication and technology. Even the fucking Pope agrees with all of that. Religion is not a substitute for science. Religion never claimed to be something that progresses technology. Religion is used to make sense of what we don’t understand. Before the theory of evolution came around people believed in Genesis because that is all people knew.

You are claiming that religion is good for nothing, which is just plain ignorant. Religion gives people one thing that science can’t: MEANING.

Science explains a lot of things, but it doesn’t explain WHY we are here.

It explains how we got here, there is no why. Religion is full of false promises and exaggerated claims. You expect me to stand by and watch a 'con-man' rip off people?

So, if there’s no reason then nothing must have made us.
But nothing can’t make something.

But if we are here for a reason then something must have made us.
You can make something out of something,

What do you see around you, something or nothing?

Without an infinite, there is just an endless set of regressals.

Strawman argument, he never said nothing made us. infinite would be endless.

Hey if you can not see that they have not provided any evidence what so ever, and then procided to say I’m in denial, then I can not help you. Science is superior to religion in every way.
