in the end, bardock has more power than king vegeta just like his son goku has more power than vegeta. but goku and vegeta are evenly matched now that they can both transform into ss4
Before planet vegeta blew up King Vegeta was the strongest sayian alive, he had the highest power level, its true that barrdock would of got to his level sooner or later only because of how many times he came close to death, as most of you may no when a sayian dies or comes close to death hes power level doubles and sense barrdock was a low class warrior he was sent out to battle alot so no wounder he almost died so many times but even as he died he still wasnt as power full as king vegeta, but a fight between them would be even more interesting then their sons, when barrdock died his power level was 10,000 same as baby brolly, king vegeta’s was 15,000
