In addition to this, they are extremely smaller and shorter than an average human.

Yet being a true human, on Chibi Earth, is a path highly sort after. This path, however, is almost impossible, done only through a series of artefacts that are scattered throughout the Planet.

CHIBI EARTH: ORPG

I think the explanation is straightforward. This is a chibi fighting game. As I’ve said the setting is in the real world, only all in comic-book form. (However, not all of it is - but that’s a plot point for later).

Your RP characters will all be in chibi form. I expect you people to be as creative as possible. You can base it off some sort of character, so long as it’s not a godly character like Sephiroth or Cloud, or Alucard.

However, you’ll have a bit of free rein, seeing as chibis are like that. You can wield many things as your weapons. You can use oversize rocket launchers like baseball bats, 100 ton hammers and giant dictionaries. Use the Statue of Liberty if you wish. (However, god-mod rules still apply - don’t dictate what your enemy will do unless it’s an NPC, and even then, be reasonable.)

As well as this, your weapons won’t hurt like they normally would. A 100 ton hammer won’t kill your enemy, merely squash it flat for a few seconds. Giant Death Star lasers will fry your enemy but it’ll be able to shake it off after a while. Giant dictionaries can capture the enemy and squish him into a page, but only within reason. Remember, even though this is fantasy to the extreme, you’ve still got normal RP rules applying.
