Like I said before, I don’t think Sephiroth have any chance of beating Brolly. The difference of strength, power, and speed between them, is ridiculous.
BUT, AC Sephiroth’s body is 100% made of J-cells, and therefore, he can turn intangible, or regenerate in seconds(he used the J-cells from the box, to recreate his entire body in a few seconds). His regeneration can be compared with Cell’s(from DBZ), or Alucard(from Hellsing).
Brolly can’t beat him either.

And about Omnislash Version 5... That’s CLEARLY a spiritual attack. We can see Cloud phasing through Sephiroth’s body like a ghost, and after it’s over, Seph’s physical body is intact.
Sephiroth lost, because Cloud attacked directly his soul. Not even Brolly could do that.
Not to mention that he can take over Broly by just infecting with with J Cells, or at least that’s what Cid and Chibi tell me. Or, there’s always Supernova.
