Actually Insane Rep: 30 Joined: 10 Aug 2005 Posts: 36,630 ONLINE | I only hear of a recession, although its possible that we could go into a Depression. The economy in the world has been at significant booms over the last 20 yrs, and everyone knows that after a huge boom that there has to be a recess. Diminishing returns of course. Now it could simply be a recession but could also be a depression. We’ll just have to see.

But personally, I would much rather see the power in America’s hands than some other country like Russia or China. And without America my country would have been screwed in ww2 so I have to thank them for that. And for all the cultural invasion, a lot of their media (music, TV, movies) are definately world class.
Point is, a stock market crash won’t last forever.
