my own under estimation that king piccolo is not light speed but the kamehameha can travel but still it wouldnt work on him.
kamehameha power and speed.
if flash has power he can beat this guy.
and i havent seen flash can fly?
if flash is stronger than kamehameha he can beat this guy.
if he have equivalent of billions of degreese this is also his advantage.
