So, for those of you who know Japanese, can you tell me; what is it overall like? How hard is it? is it easy to express yourself? How difficult is it to rhyme in? What is it good for, compared to other languages?
All I’ve heard about it is that it’s hard for Westerners and that it’s very polite, not good for insulting.

Arabic far more difficult than nihongo but kanji far more difficult than arabic writings...

eh...latin and the chinese writings are most difficult
Latin uses the roman alphabet. It seems pretty simple to me.
well im not really good with western languages ^^
Howcome? There’s only 26 letters in the roman alphabet, which isn’t much compared to the fact that the number of letters in many Eastern alphabets goes into the 100’s.

well when i speak in english, my pronounciation is not really that good... my l’s always sounds like r’s and i’s always sounds like e’s...
That’s because English is ludicrously unphonetic.
It’s also a common problem among many other people from China, Japan and Korea so don’t hit yourself for it either.
