Remember since Spidey’s powers have increased,so has Captian America’s and you would be shocked the things he could pull.

breaking free from Spiderman’s webs,I told you that it depends on the webs that Spidey’s using.I don’t know why you put Wolverine with the likes of Hulk and Carnage when it comes to breaking free from Spiderman’s webs,Wolverine doesn’t even have strength.And Cap’s strength beats Wolverine’s by the way...

And speaking of strength,Captian America’s strenght has increased.He can support 3 tons now and can dodge bullets like Spiderman,so like I said before Spiderman’s speed won’t be a threat to Captian America.
