Both are super strong. Both have reclaimed reaction time. (Spider sense. Captain America dodges shotgun in point blank time.) In term of fighting skill and experience, Captain America has it. However, Spider can take out his shield with web. Very tough choice to call.

Your right Lionfranky,both of them have reaction time when it comes to dodging bullets,Spiderman depends on his spider sense to dodge them while Captian America can actually see them.Both of them are strong even though Spidey is more stronger and both of them have cool weapons- Spidey has web shooters and Cap has the shield.

So basically they are covered in terms of weapons
In all the comics I read of these 2,2 comics I have read so far featuring Captian America and Spiderman.They have fought each other and neither
of them won

Civil War
Cap was able to land three shots while Spidey managed to land 1,sharp tentacles came out from Spidey’s back and cut Cap in the face.Cap then made an exit,and did I forget to mention Peter was wearing Stark’s suit.

Amazing Spiderman
These 2 had a rematch,Spidey tried to punch Cap twice but was blocked by his shield.Cap then punched Spidey so hard he sent him crashing into a brick with Spiderman puzzled saying “Wow Cap what did you put in those golves-bombs?"

However there is another comic on sale titled Captian America vs Spiderman and the cover shows both of them fighting each other falling off a building.That one I havn’t read so I don’t know who won but here is what I know though...

Depends,but Spiderman might have a chance

Hey your right Apile,in the comic world anything happens.
The movie version and cartoon with these 2 at each other I would also give victory to Spiderman.And indeed both of these guys are fast in their own ways,they can dodge bullets and if it were a race like Superman vs Flash-I’d give it to Spidey.

In terms of their strength,both of them are strong in their
own with Captian America supporting a tree and Spiderman actually lifting up a tank.I bet if these 2 punched each other the hardest,they both would be knocked out even though Cap would possibly recieve more damage.

But Captian America is the only “mere human” who could actually trade blows and keep up with Spiderman.And for the
rest of the mortal heroes with no powers like the Punisher,
Batman and the Karate kid don’t stand a chance against Spiderman.

Catpain America is far away from just mere human. Remember Serum boosts him to human body pinnacle? In Avenger movie, he managed to stay long against Hulk. (which normal humans can’t achieve.)

I watched that movie too.Captian America kept the fight in Hulk,not even Thor (who is stronger than both Cap and Spidey combined) could stop Hulk.So it goes to show Captian
America should not be taken lightly because he is a mere human “super soldier"

Noone but Cap couldn’t stand their ground on Hulk cuz only one thing.... CAP was the main character in this story. That is one of reasons cuz noone use noncanon versions of characters.

So U think that Cap outclasses Spidey, right ?
Spidey can’t deal with Superboy cuz that f...n clone is too fast.
Spidey can’t kill Hulk but he can survive the battle much easier than Cap.

First,I think that you’ve mistaken me for somebody else if you think that I think Captian America is stronger than Spiderman

Secondly,what I was trying to say when I said "
