No proof. Just a theory. For example, Sonic Fanboy Forever, Mega Rockman Kenny, and Rockman Kenny, are all Rockman Kenny. And on their user pages, they all put Binghamton as they’re location. Who else lives in Binghamton? None that we know of.

Secondly, the behaviour. I think that’s pretty self-explanatory.

And lastly, he’s a fanboy. A big fanboy. Just like all the other previous incarnations of Rockman Kenny.
