I mean some games need realistic graphics, as it fits the gameplay, but not all of them, and devs tend to overdo it, mainly out of laziness from being creative. I mean I loved the artistic styles of Halo, Uncharted, LittleBigPlanet, Spore, Crackdown, Viva Pinata, Tea, Fortress 2, ect to name a few non Wii games. You can make stylistic games on things other than the Wii.
Remember realistic graphics is just a style in the graphics genre. There are so many more you can do, and I’m tired of devs abusing the real ones when they can take a much more innovative approach that would even fit their gameplay better. Not to mention tired of people looking at games that simply are evolving those existing engines and praising it. Praise things like Okami. That is the work of a genius.

I don’t see potential in uncreative and unimaginative devs who upgrade and evolve engines already created such as this. Same thing we’ve already seen just better.
I get excited and see potential when devs create things like Okami, Killer 7, No More Heroes, Zelda: Wind Waker, LittleBigPlanet, Super Mario Galaxy, Spore, ect. I get excited over true creative and imagination, not dull copies of previous things made.
Zucas, pay attention.
Optimizing ANY powerful game engine for consoles is A GOOD THING and provides a lot of POTENTIAL.

Honestly, how could you? It’s a very good engine that allows hardware to utilize a high potential system.
A good engine can give the devs more breathing room and give them more options.

Which you acknowledged in your post that you thought I didn’t care, which was my response. I can quote you on that if you really want me to.
So unless you really do like going back on your previous statements and looking like a hypocritical jackass I suggest you simply shutup.
AS of now you have yet to hear my opinion on what I think of the engine moving over, other than my disinterest in the entire news story.
