This has happened to me before. You need to unconnect the WAN port on your router, and turn off the Modem and router. Then, restart it and hook everything back up. This happens to me every once in a while.

Or go to start, click on Internet Connections, click on the connection you are using, right click, and hit REPAIR.

Much faster.

Been there, done that. Works sometimes, doesn’t work other times. I just do it the old fashioned way.
