You all know about Sephiroth but let me tell you a little bit about Dhaos.
Dhaos is a time traveling sorcerer with insane magic powers. He is literally invulnerable to ANYTHING that is except magic and the eternal sword(Which Sephiroth doesn’t have. The ES I mean) This doesn’t mean every magic attack hurts him to no end.
Dhaos' main goal was to stop humans from harvesting energy that was killing the planets. He is doing it to save his planet basically. He even goes to war with MIDGARD(Yes exactly...) And trys to destroy it before the cannon(Similar to mako cannon) is fired because that will drain alot of mana.
Sound farmliliar? Yes. It should. I am convinced Square used alot of conepts from Tales of Phantasia.
This is going to be Plume Dhaos vs Seraph Sephiroth. Dhaos has access to his time magic and Sephiroth has access to Supernova.
That is Dhaos as normal form. Note the only reason why he was beat was because he got destracted long enough to get stabbed with the ES. Note: This isn’t even Dhaos true power. He still has his true unlocked power. And then he gets the powers of the prayers of Deris Kharan and the gods of Derris Kharan. Dhaos is virtually a Demi-god at Plume form

Since we do have to somewhat go by game mechanics as we never see these incarnations outside of game battle. This might be a good example of Dhaos' durability.(Note every attack is, or should be a special attack.) Let’s also note, there is videos on youtube where Seraph gets owned too.

Ah okay well that explains things. I will sooner or later. I actually commented on this place before can’t remember for what debate or catagory it was in though.
Dhaos does have Meteor Storm as a trump card. You can’t see all his moves in that vid, because you know how game people are. They level their characters to 99, get highest stats,best weapons, skills,etc. And then yeah. No more challenge.
