Buddha actually never taught reincarnation. He talked about “rebirth”, but he claimed the soul was an illusion. When he talked about rebirth and death, he really meant the rebirth and death of yourself in a mental sense (emotions). He continued to teach that the cycle of “death and rebirth” should be broken if you truly want to be at peace with yourself.
see he is teaching those without using the bible.
is this can give you second life?
1. not accepting the Gospel doesn’t make you anti-god
2. yes Buddha is seen as a god, but not a supernatural being like your thinking. Now stop listening to everything you read in the bible and think for yourself.

OMG! His teachings were nothing like the bible, and he didn’t believe in a second life. Go to wikipedia and research Buddhism because I’m not going to explain the entire thing to you.

Jeremiah 17
5 Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.

the only thing that can kill you is god.
his government was mistreating buddhist, something like that, and this man thought burning himself would somehow fix the problem. did it? not too sure. but it did get peoples attention.
cool story.

You practically just said:
“Stop doing what other people say and do what I say!" You commanded them to think for themselves by doing what you tell them to.

did he love his life?
well, i guess he loved his way of life more than himself.
which is a pretty commendable thing if u think about it. but burning urself just isnt the best way to fix things.

That is nothing like what I said. All I’m trying to do is encourage people to actually think for themselves instead of blindly believing scripture.

I know what you saying ramunematt and I totally agree with you. The bible is just a little black book which tells you how to live your life which makes people closed minded.

you also didnot believe in god?
I think you mean do not not didnot. Anyway not following the bible doesn’t make you atheist it just shows people have a different view of living than what the bible saids. And to answer your question I’m 50/50 but that does not make me a evil person. The other reason why people shouldn’t listen to the bible is because people can interpret the bible so in many different ways which can kill someone.

im sorry, i have to disagree with u there. the bible doesnt make people close minded. true there are lots of stupid self proclaimed christian fanatics out there but there are also many reasonable christians. some of them have done great things for this country(US).
also there is nothing wrong with telling people how to live life. in fact, i think its worse if nobody told anybody how to live life. there would be anarchy. people would do whatever they want. it is not for man to direct his steps(Jeremiah 10:23).
