in Nazi Germany. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. This is the one topic I am posting that is serious. If you want to know, yes, the experiments were in fact entirely scientific. But here’s my point. It was fucked up.
To the radicals that make atheists look bad, science isn’t perfect.
I have know this for ages, seeing as my grandparents were fighting for their lives in Austria and Germany form Hitler and his Nazi cohorts.
I have heard a great many horror stories about such experiments, however after the end of WW2, documents were seized and the breakthroughs in human endurance, tolerance and the reactions of chemicals on the human body has gone a great way to further modern science.
Modern science owes A LOT to Hitler and his Nazi goons for while their methods of experimentation were sick and twisted, they did pave the way for scientific breakthroughs.
You’re right Firewolf. It did pave the way for scientific breakthroughs. I just wanted to show what some people have been overlooking. Science isn’t perfect.
