Because they take any content from a good show that the most hardcore of parents would idiotically find bad for their children and remove it. In the case of One Piece, it took all the alcohol and blood and raped the show. They also change the dialog severely, raping the original content there as well.
Don’t even get me started on their shitty voice actors.
