Alright, I was just thinking. These vs debates don’t have any info about the characters, we may get pictures and all but thats not enough to make a judgement. So I have devised this, Well It isn’t my idea but something that has worked in debating forums that I have participated in before. It is commonly known as 'The Versus Write up'
This is basically, when someone fills out the following:
Character-(For Example, If your filling this out for A Superman write up, type Superman here)
Strength- (Now this explanations applies for the rest up to intelligence, then after intelligence, it’s pretty self explanitory. So lets say your doing Supes. Basically, in this section include strength feats that are good and impressive. To list all of them would be to spend to much time on such a topic. Oh, this can include how strong a certian move is, or you can explain it in the powers/ability section it doesn’t matter)
Speed-
Durability-
Intelligence-
Abilities/powers- (This is pretty self explanitory, For supes, he would have something like Super strength, Flight, Super speed, Heat vision etc.
Equipment- (If anything special like, you know Link has the Master Sword or something.)
That is basically it. This can give people a reference and a gage to what one character is up against. This should also help improve more logical and reasanable arguments and the like. I have faith, that the majority of the community will pay mind to it, considering, this is interactive in a way. If someone hasn’t wrote a write up about someone you like, you can take on the challenge. The only rule that is required, is that is true factual statements, If you are not sure about something, write it down but make sure you inform us, because one of us is bound to know if it’s right or not.
I really hope this works because if it does, and gets stickied that would be pretty cool.
So without Further ado, I open this thread. I hope that it grows well enough to get stickied.
Strength- Dhaos possesses some physical skill as a hand to hand. Though it’s higher than normal humans, it’s nothing to really write home about.
Speed- Perhaps one of his strongest points. Dhaos in the OVA series can straight out teleport. His image fades away sometimes. This could be a sign of speed or teleporting. But Dhaos has very good speed as someone swung a blade while looking right at him and once it came down, Dhaos' cape thing floated off into the wind.
Durability- His duribility IS his strongest point indeed. He is literally invincible to everything except two things. Those two things are Magic and the Eternal Sword. However, despite being weak against magic, Dhaos can still sustain much damage from it, it seems.
Please note that this contains spoilers. So watch at your own risk. Let me also add that the OVA had budget cuts so it was ended like so.
Intelligence- Dhaos is very intelligent, Over the years Dhaos' has gained much knowledge about the world, and magic and the like as he has been there since Ancient times(At lease thats how the story goes)
Abilities/powers-
Dhaos Laser- Dhaos laser is Dhaos signature attack. In the game it is seen, with one hand to charge it, incenerate people in armor comepletly.
Dhaos Corridor- Dhaos gets close enough and hits the ground and causes an explosion on the ground.
Mind Control/Psychic ability- At the beginning of the game it is revieled that Mars was being controlled by Dhaos even while sealed in his tomb, with his power cut in half. Other displayed abilities are hovering in air, a form of telepathy where he can project his voice as if he were right there talking to those hearing him.
Time Stop- This is pretty self explanitory
Travel through time- He can go back or forward to whatever year he wants.
Explode No he doesn’t make himself explode, more like makes a star drop and forces it to explode. Though judging by game play, it takes a bit to charge.
He has some other magic moves, like tidal wave, earth, etc. Tetra Spell uses elements in one spell to damage openent (Fire,Ice,eletric)
Other I didn’t know what to call it, but Dhaos has shown abilities to easily get in to the barrier that the Goddess Martel made with a simple hand movement. He has mild reality warping abilities as in the final fight he makes the floor disappear and make the illusion that they are not inside a room but out in space.
He has the ability to transform, but their powers are left to speculation. However in his true form, He has a invulnribility spell that makes him immune to even magic, but is left immobile in till it wears off(10 seconds or so) His true form, has the normal transformation upgrades.
In his Plume(Disco) form, He asks for the prayers of his people and the gods of Derris Karran. It hints that in this form he has an enourmous amount of magical energy, the heroes can hardly believe it.
Strenth: Could lift the Z Sword with ease (even Goku struggles to do this) punched out a dinosaur bent a machine gun knocked a Huge guy waighing at least a ton through a cliff (Bojack Movie) and killed Freiza with one blow.
Speed: Can move faster than the Eye can Follow dodge machine gun fire catch bullet’s (and avoid Goten throwing large stone’s with enough force to go through a mountain at close range).
and also move so fast that when knocked into a cliff by Super Buu time slow’s right down and rock’s appear to be falling incredibly slow yet Gohan and Buu are still moveing increaseingly fast (in the manga Gohan say’s Buu would have to wipe out the whole planet to have a hope of catching him in his blast radius), he Punched Cell in the Gut 2wice in one instant moved so fast he left after image’s and covered a vast amount of ground to put krillin down and return to kill a Cell Jr all while it tried to attack him in one instance, last he took a bag of Senzu’s of Cell without him realizeing (all these feat’s were done while Gohan wasnt powered up to full).
Durability: caught distructo Disk’s, take’s planet bursting attack’s on a dayly basis.
Intelligence: Gohan is a leading Scolar working at capsule corp to desighn space craft and atomizing object’s he has perfect grade’s and is the most powerful nerd alive.
Strength- Despite his squat appearance, Mario has been shown to have many amazing feats of strength, such as swinging King Bowser around like a rag doll, or even causing damage to the metal hulk, Smithy.
Speed- Mario appears to be able to move pretty quick, and even faster after acquiring a star.
Durability- From being flattened to the size of a pancake, to being burned alive, blown up, eaten, bitten, mauled, clawed, and smacked around, Mario can take a hit.
Intelligence- Not much is known about Mario’s intelligence, though in his RPG roles, he doesn’t seem to be able to figure out some of the villains' obvious plans, but he appears to have an average intelligence, and is possibly a fairly gullible.
Abilities/Powers- He has an uncanny jumping ability, leading to some powerful moves, like jumping insanely high and coming down on the opponent, crushing them flat, jumping multiple times on the foe, and the almighty ground-pound. He also has the ability to fire fireballs from his hands for special attacks.
Equipment- From his many items and power-ups like the star or fire flower, to his weapons such as the Ultra Hammer, Mario is well-equipped. His Ultra Hammer is shown to obliterate very large metal blocks, and causes massive damage. Certain special items like the Crystal Stars/Star Spirits/etc. allow him to use special attacks, such as Earth Quack, Super Nova, etc.
Strenth: Could lift someone waighing about 300-400 pound’s (Nero with equipment on) with one arm and throw him about 20 meter’s in the air and about 30 meter’s across the room (note he impailed him with his arm).
He held of a Tranceformed Azul and 3 Russo with one arm this is also a good speed feat as Russo is naturaly fast also.
Speed: Create’s after Image’s disapear’s into flash’s of light, knock’s bullet’s out the air and deflect’s three from an inch infront of his chest when his arm’s are beside him, debris fall’s really slowly while he is in motion signifying his speed he also pluck’s it out the air at Vincent.
Durability: Vice is said to be in posetion of an Indestructable body to infuse with Omega by Hojo/his body is resistent to Vincent’s bullet’s that take down adavanced air carryer’s.
Intelligence: Weiss seem’s Intelligent just alittle unhinged by battle.
Ability’s: Super speed strenth endurance and agility can convert Mako energy.
Equipment: Materia, GunBlade’s, Omega Armour

Strength- Mewtwo has shown nothing of melee combat skills. However, he does posses an extremly high psychic ability.
*He built an entire advanced lab with his psychic powers
*With a simple twirl of his finger he was able to create a world devistating storm
*At the end of Mewtwo returns, he is able to move a rather large body of water,all the pokemon, Ash' group, and Jesse and James inside a mountain.
Speed- His exact speed is unknown at the current time, but considering he is fast than pokemon like Pidgeot, It would be a safe bet that it is faster than mach 5.
Durability- Based on what happened to him, in 'Mewtwo Returns' I would say his body could take alot. Remember, those two machines were designed to drain Mewtwo, Mewtwo for most of the drainage, practically let the machines do it. Once he figures out Goivanni is still going to use him and use the clones(From what my understanding anyway) he says that he won’t be anyone’s slave, and proceeds on releasing his power. He becomes all snowy, as if a t.v screen. After some help from Ash, Mewtwo gets out of it. But it shoul be noted, that when he released that power, he was trying to kill himself.
Intelligence- Mewtwo’s intelligence is perhaps as great as his psychic abilities. He can read minds and such and also gather info for himself off computers and the like.
Abilities/powers- Mewtwo’s main abilities are Psychic powers he has shown pyrokentic, telekentic powers, telepathy, sending messages through time and space (He describes it as his voice transcending time. Ash, Misty, and Brock are waling in that city and Ash hears Mewtwo and turns around.) Also as added in a pokemon video game, Mewtwo’s oppenents use double the energy required to perform something than normal. This is called Pressure. Mewtwo has also shown the ability to disable all of his own and trainer’s pokemon special moves while: Keeping that storm going and fighting Mew. Also with Metronome Mewtwo has access to every Pokemon move.
Equipment-
Armor: If Mewtwo has this equiped, he can conentrate his psychic powers to a better extent. Which, is very dangerous considering his power by Mewtwo Returns.
