You fail to see that Kid Buu is the craziest Buu. Not the strongest. Although being the weakest, he is the most dangerous of all Buu’s forms, because he is unpredictable in his behavior. Fat Buu is easier to handle by that reason, despite his stronger power.
BTW, I’m not counting Mr. Buu. He really doesn’t count. And just in case you bring a stupid statement...
