UBER 1337 Poster Rep: 28  Joined: 24 Jan 2008 Posts: 2,420 OFFLINE | ok, why the hell are the rules practicaly changing soo often??? or is it that some mods are a hell of a lot more lenient with people with seniority than newbs??? or are some mods just more strict than others...

Omega88 was banned for calling someone a fag [url=]here[/url]*looking for page*
looking at that its kinda a reasonable reason to get a temp ban... i mean its sorta sexual discrimination, but its also slang, but “nigga” is also slang, and people get banned for that too... its perfectly understandable...
and then just today this Here
Atresac calls spencer a “noobfag” practicaly calling him a fag, just with the word noob in front of it... yet he doesnt even realy get a warning... sure him and spencer get yelled at for flaming but no warnings no nothing... then everyone goes and has a fag calling party and even the mods call everyone fags..
tell me this...
WTF???
arent the mods supposed to be setting examples for the other members??? arent they supposed to be enforcing the rules...
i know i will have a ton of you dissagreeing with me, but i just wanted to make my point...
i mean this whole site is a bit ludicrous if you ask me... some mods are way lenient, and some are way strict, none of them are half and half...

and dont forget, there are some younger people on this site... i mean spencer is only 9, and we got some 12 year olds here too... its just bullshit the way you act around them... now spencer thinks its okay to call someone a fag... you all disapoint me...

Now, if the person being called a “fag” or a “nigga” complains, I’ll give a warning. If it continues, a ban will be issued.
That’s probably how all mods should handle it.

I didn’t say report. I said complains. And I don’t really even log into my mod account unless I have to. I don’t classify myself as a mod. I’m a part time mod. I only moderate when I feel like it or if it’s needed. Otherwise, I tell another mod to do it. Point in case, I told Firewolf to lock a topic earlier.
