Fullreleases: don't waste your time to download file from it

When I search on google, I went to site 1 where many files are listed. So I paid for the account hoping to get the file. However, after log in, I was directed to another site. In this site, there is a “download search” page. The search return nothing. Their explaination is: “the download queue can not list all active files, I need to wait until the file is re-listed”. They give me no time frame. I am really upset. Their member web site should list the same file as their advertisement site. Otherwise it is cheating.
