if a coworker makes unwanted advances, or if the envirement of the workplace is considered hostile to sexual joke, posters, ect. the perps can be charged. if i had one of those nude statues in my front yard and there we’re complaints it would be considered a city code violation, if i were walking down the street shouting to chicks “show me your tits” that’s disorderly conduct. when it comes to the internet, threats of bodily harm and things like that are illegal, but as for sexual stuff, you get what you pay for. that’s why porn is so prevalent and unchecked on the internet. it’s considered your option. like hbo, cinemax, and the net.
I’ll have you guys know that I limited myself last night to 5 posts, which according to Cid is not concidered flaming. In fact she herself was flaming as she created not one, but 4 inflamatory topics about XTRM.
I would like to request that Angelina_Jolie but banned for excessive flaming of both myself and XTRM as she has violated the site’s anti-flaming laws and should be punished.
