I don’t know. Widdershin has similar things going for him. Though it would seem Galactus would have an advantage in certian areas, like physical strength. Widdershin probably has an advantage in the magic area. This may end up a draw.

Lets see what others say

EDIT: If Widdershin would have taken Terresia he would have ruled over every living thing in the universe. Although it seems he can’t control other Descenders.....Aurora, the descender that joined him seemed to have done it at her own free will and Mormo is not influeinced by Widdershin either....

So it should be safe to say, that Widdershin would have had control of all life in the universe, save descenders. He would basically be god.
