So Omega Effect is specifically stated to only effect people not essential to their universe?

But theoretically, Supes would get affected by it. If DC didn’t need him he would get Omega effected out of the universe right? If Broly makes a ki barrier, he may not be affected either. I mean it is made out of ki not atoms.
