Reasonable time (even though I’m sure it was faster) light takes 1.3 seconds to reach the moon but let’s round DOWN and call it 1 second so the attack was moving 1/5 the speed of light so let’s say Raditz is 1/5 the speed of light. So anyone more than 5 times faster than Raditz is faster than light. Surely even you can agree ssj Goku was 5 times stronger than Raditz
