Well Janemba turned otherworld upside down and caused all dead to come back just from his coming. Janemba can diminsion warp so speed isn’t an issue. Since Janemba was only around for like 50 minutes, I can’t say the full extent of his power. But I’m sure he would cause some devistating reality affects to the universe if he was out of other world
