This morning i had to catch a train at 9:15 to get to the city... the station was BRIMMING with people .. i mean .. SWARMING .. and when teh train arrives.. its war .. literally
amongst all these , a middle age man falls out the door cuz he’s being PULLED out by those who wanna get in .. and he is being STEPPED ON BY OTHERS who still wanna get in .. people stomping his face, arms , not knowing at all there’s someone dying beneath .. or maybe they couldnt care less
i and this another guy had to punch out some folks to halt the madness and try pull this guy out and it took us almost a minute to get him standing
then we saw he had half his legs between the train and tracks
.. he’d have been cut in two if SOMEONE hadnt taken notice
and my problem is ..
i have seen no or at least KNOW of no species with such animosity/apathy towards its own kind .. then why Humans ?
You tell me BIG_PAIN.... I don’t know what the hell is wrong with humans anymore. I gave up on them a long time a go. I just take care of me myself and I, and the people i have come to know and love, my family.
It goes back to what I had been trying to teach Ramunematt and G-Plex. Humans are inherently evil, they need a reason to be good. And if they have no such reason, they won’t get a fuck about anybody but themselves. Mankind has taken survival of the fittest to an entirely new level.

Meh.. There are those who are good natured. But it’s becoming a rarity in these days.

Yes, it seems that way. Some people seem to believe that selfless acts could get you hurt or killed.

Yah, if I were you.. I’d keep quiet on that front.
It might not have been that bad a few years ago, but times have changed. The value of money has decreased, the natural resources of the planet have decreased, and more importantly to the matter, the number of people on this dirt ball has increased.
About other animals though, I mean, if we attribute our values onto them then, well, their murdering bastards as well...even to their own kind.
Some will eat their own children, others will hurt or even kill a family members to become leader of their group, stuff like that.
I don’t think any of this is wrong for them...
I hold humans to a different standard, we have moral and values that can actually guide our behavior.
And I’ve thought about this alot. This destructive human behavior. And I want to believe that there were times when humans coexisted peafully...because it would mean that it’s possible again.
But there is no evidence to support this, we’ve been fighting each other for a long as we know. And because we’re so “smart” we’ve come up with all sorts of ways to torment and kill each other.
You think these days its bad? Try living in the medieval ages...
And I don’t know if we’re inherently good or bad, I think we just are. What makes us good or bad depends on what is thought to be good or bad at the time. Nice social behavior is not just because you have a reason to be “good”, it’s also a survival instinct...
