If you have the pic on your computer, upload it on imageshack or photobucket and give us that version, it’ll help determine the problem.

I have to register which one is better and if my pic doesn’t upload on either what do I do because I have a DeviantART accaount and it won’t upload there either.

If you don’t want to register use imageshack, it’s unnecessary to register there.
If it doesn’t upload there, the file type is likely your problem.

Obviously, it’s not supported. You’re going to have to open it in Paint or whatever, and save it again as a .jpeg or something.

Erm, okay, when you save the picture put it to your desktop, right click it and click properties. Double check that the file type is jpeg. Maybe try uploading it then from the desktop.

When you go into your account settings and go to avatar, there should be a browse button. In the browse screen there should be buttons to lead you to your desktop (saying, literatly, desktop) and your picture should be there.
