IT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE RULES FOR DEMOCRATS AND REPUBLICANS TO CHANGE PARTIES WHILE STILL REPRESENTING THAT PARTY.IF THE CANDIDATE WISHES TO CHANGE PARTIES HE OR SHE SHOULD FULFILL THAT TERM AS DEMOCRAT OR REPUBLICIAN. THEN AT THE BEGINNING AT THEIR NEW CAMPAIGN THEY CAN STATE THAT THEY ARE CHANGING PARTIES. THIS IS ONLY FAIR FOR BOTH PARTIES!!AFTER ALL THE CANDIDATES USE THAT PARTIES MONEY TO GET ELECTED.
