In the anime SOF is fused with The great spirit, in the manga it’s the great spirit only, and that shows just how much better GS is than SOF. So....I guess Supes looses.

heres another example:
it states “so it continues with a blow that shatters the world”
and again superman can vibrate so there is no oxgen i nthe air and then the fire spirit is gone
or again he blows up the planet

spirits arent magic
and superman isnt weak too magic he is just vulnerable too it, meaning a regular fire wouldnt hurt him but a magic fire would have the same effect that it had on a regular person, however he has still shown great resistance too this

remember again he spins so fast he absorbs all of the oxygen, the fire spirit couldnt thrive there...and again superman can blow up the planet
