That is impossible. God is a being, and beings are affected by time. Either way, God would not be in existance forever. Then that contradicts the idea of time.
In a situation where God existed, he would have been the one to create time. Going by your idea, God cannot exist before time. But if he existed before time, then he must have, meaning time does not affect him in any way.
Stop being fucking stupid and think about it. Take a creature of unlimited power and one that is not affected by physics, time, etc. That would pretty much be God.
Albeit, and admittedly, it depends on what God we are talking about.

That, once again is not possible. No scientific evidence proves out such a silly idea. I am not an idiot. I am being a thinker. Think about it, how can something POSSIBLY not be affected by physics or time? It is not possible. If not, then obviously God is not a being, in other words, God is nothing, leading to the idea there is no God. It is confusing.
