As you go around here you will see many different and common users such as Firewolf, Prince Zuko, Atresac, Brutus, Green Ninja, Skull-Kid, Cid or Cid Highwind (or Cid was banned by his girl as a guest) and many others. These people will be happy to help you new guys, i’m sure.
We all start off as a newbie at some point but experience is what makes us better. In this thread I will explain of registration and the benfits of it.
Fist off the features of guests:
As a guest you may post replies, but cannot post Personal Messages or PMs for short and reply to polls(voting discussions) although this may not be the case for so long you may create new threads (topic discussions). You will be able to choose a temporary name as a guest but if a user has it already saved it cannot be used. You cannot post images either in threads nor can you create hyperlinks ot html links. You also must wait 60 seconds before being able to post twice on the same topic in succession.
Features of Users:
Once you set up an account you can personalize it with pictures, writing or whatever takes your fancy, but be aware if the rules and regulations. You will be able to save your desired user name (providing that it is not already taken) which will be permanently saved and cannot be changed. This will allow user and moderators to identify you if needs be. You can now also edit past posts which is useful when starting a new thread. Underneath your username is a title. It will start as entree and will change as you post more often. Once you reach 100 you become a regular. Once you reach 1000 you become an UBER 1337 poster, uber mean super and 1337 meaning leet, short for elite. Once you reach 5000 you can edit it to your liking. As a user you only have to wait 20 seconds before posting twice on the same thread in succession rather than 60 seconds.
Features of Moderators:
This is a title you can only gain by contriuting to the forum, either by reporting spamming (stupid and irrelevant threads of no interest) to a moderator or just generally helping out. Do not go around asking for a title.
The job of a moderator or mod for short is to keep order around the forum, like policeman or guards do. They can lock inappropriate threads(close them to which they cannot be replied to)and ban immature users. Moderators immediatley get to change their title to whatever they want. If you see a user who is being or acting inappropriate then just ignore them untill you get the hang of things around here. If they are being rude directly to you then you have a right to complain about it to a moderator.
If you’re like me then you will be no new user to the concept of forums.
If you feel you don’t have the need for an account then please don’t be a permanent guest and post 15 or so posts or threads in succession. If you are still confused or need help on the matter then don’t hesitate to ask a moderator, me, or anybody else on the forum.

Cid got banned by his girl Guest | Umm... You’ve got a couple things wrong.
Guests cannot use Personal Messages, they cannot vote in polls, and they cannot post pictures. These are all privileges given to registered members.
Guests can’t post hyper links either.
Registered members only have to wait 20 seconds in between posts whereas guests must wait 60 seconds. It’s also worth noting that a registered member who reaches 5000 posts gets a custom user title, which is that thing under your name.
