Help Me Find this Song

Alright we all have problems trying to find out what the name of a song is and who is the artist. I mean we hear it on the radio and we just don’t catch the name.

So here’s my dilenma. I don’t know the artist or the song title but I do know one phrase. The first line starts off somewhat like this:

“Late on a Sunday Afternoon”

The music style is definetly that of someone who is close to that of Pearl Jam. It’s got kind of that grunge type sound to it where the lead singer sings in a deep voice but doesn’t yell ya know. Kinda like Pearl Jam. So I’m just wondering if anyone knows this song or can point me into a right direction by naming an artist that might have a song like this. Thx in advance. I may be able to give more details about the song if ya have more questions.

google some of the lyrics and the song should come up, with full lyric sites and everything so you know its it..

Yea I’ve tried doing that but I’ve yet to get something even close to that, cause the only lyrics I know are so generic.

Alright someone on VGChartz found it out for me.

Stone Temple Pilots- Interstate Love Song

I thought it sounded like STP just wasn’t sure. Surprising cause I like STP alot. But guess I just didn’t recognize it off the back. Well someone can lock this thread as its served its purpose.
