Raditz doesn’t move at lightspeed. If you got that from the anime, then that was a dub error, as well as non-canon.
Besides, how is saying that they’re not above lightspeed underestimation when it’s not actually stated? If it was never proven to be, then we can’t say that it is.

like i said his IT was suppose to be only light speed. its not my fault if the writers can’t follow their own rules they set in DBZ. plus the point is Goku can only go LS or more by using IT.

Nor Goku or other have light speed or close to it until they burst ki in moments for them to attack or dodge attacks, the reason they don’t use their full speeds all the time is because it would drain more ki to fly at such high speeds, In battle, they can have a standar speed over sound(Since DB not Z) and in heart beat the Z zenchi go Zoom Light Speed or close to it. Isntantaneous movement is the name Toriyama put to Instant Transmision, that is beyond any speed and is useful in battle for Goku.

Power is not measure by size and I dont mean that The attack of Vegeta have same power than Roshi, The Galic Gun is more powerful, only that in the shape and way of the attack, to destroy the planet have to hit the core.

I agree, only that Goku SSJ3 easy can go and pass light speed, even for short moments.

You are not using logic, Roshi Will problably will destroy the Earth Too, If His blast will reach the core of the planet, if he fire from the moon, but Vegeta blast will do it with ease, and desintegrate more . You see the beams are not bombs, they erode and create friction, the attacks that are like bombs are like the Kid Buu or Freeza dead Ball, with Ki they can create diferent attacks of any kind, but the Kamehame ha and the Galic Gun are straight beams, that erode anything in their path, they go straigth, what roshi did with all his ki, Vegeta can do many times over, The attack that have more ki will defeat the person with less Ki, Roshi will not affect Vegeta, Because Vegeta Ki is higher and that make him more durable, Vegeta wont need the Galic gun to Desintegrate Roshi, His power is far higher, The ki of Roshi is not enough to make him durable to even resit King Piccolo, The Earth and the moon are matter and do not use Ki to protect themself, because they are not a living creature that control Ki.
