mystic is all gohans power and potential unleased. gohan, stated by pretty much everyone including goku that gohan has more potential. so by default gohan is stonger than ssj4 cause all his potential is unleasehed and goku said gohan has more than him, meaning no matter how stong goku got he would be no match. beside gt non-cannon so gohan automatic win.
