So? The spirit of fire absorbs the god of all spirits pretty easily and it would probably happen to Kyuubi too. If that increasing of power still applies after Kyuubi is absorbed into the spirit of fire....well...Hao would be nearly omnipotent as well...If he dies he can come back and in the spirit world he actually becomes more powerful and the same never works twice on him so yeah

Sharingan can steal Hao’s hand seal and Sharingan user can perform the exact jutsu except the ability to control spirit of fire...

Not a jutsu so it fails. Also Hao doesnt use handseals to control SOF
