If he faced Maul he would put up a fight, but I think that Windu would win the battle. He was surprised by Kenobi in the Phantom Menace and was killed.

It was better the Qui Gon. Even though it does not count, he survived in the non-canon series after revenge of the sith. He went to Tatooine to fight Kenobi in a rematch. He lost the battle but he did survive.
I am pretty sure that Dooku can defeat Kenobi but he can’t without Anakin intervening in the battle. Kenobi might have a chance, buy it seems highly unlikely.
Maul held his own against Obi-Wan AND Qui-Gon. He just got caught off guard. Maul has epic skill, he’s just overconfident.

Well, strength does not necessarily win a battle, but it can be a deciding factor. You have to have good strategy, be on your feet, and ready for what comes next.
Peace is a lie, there is only passion.
Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength, I gain power.
Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.
The Force shall free me.

The Jedi are committed, they have my respect for that, but The Sith have more free will. They do as they choose without worrying about the consequences.

I know, I would love to have that kind of freedom. I have a great love for swordsmanship, so I’d probably end up using a double-bladed lightsaber were I a Sith.
