Porknbeans Guest | Sonic Universe easily, especially if it is Archie Comic’s. Yes Mario and co may have invincibility due to Star Power but that really doesn’t even begin to hold a candle to the near CONSTANT-omnipotent powers, forms and items of the Archie Sonic universe. Super Ixis Nagus, Giant Borg and Seperated Super Sonic were all in the universe-destroying level, and Master Mogul was multiverse level threat who could have blinked out the entire universe. Super Sonic and the other Super level heroes took down guys who were pretty much in total control of the universe. Seriously, Super Sonic just recently had a battle against Enerjak that lasted from daylight to night (i.e. over like 12 or so hours) and spent the entire battle just mocking and dominating the guy, proving over and over again that he was quite literally undestroyable. Yeah, for the record Enerjak can do pretty much anything just by thinking about it, has complete control over matter (took the Dark Legion, an entire army of mecha-echidna and reverted them all to total organic with a thought) and also took Knuckles apart molecule by molecule (after spending a long time porting him all over the globe to torment him and try to break his will. Such places were the deepest depths of the ocean, the ionosphere and the moon).
The comic Sonic characters, are, quite frankly, just broken beyond all imagination. First of all, you have the fact that Chaos Control is given like a 500x boost in the comics in that apparently anybody using it can freely control the dimensional barriers and time itself.
It’s seriously like, hey Chaos Control, can I,
Slow time? Yes. Stop time? Yes. Time travel? Yes. Use energy blasts in the Dragonball level? Yes. Nuke Planets with Chaos Energy? Yes. How about porting to other dimensions? Sure thing. Gather so much power I effect the flow of time itself? Yup. Anything else? Well there is also the whole “freeze people in a frozen state of time forever” thing, if you’re interested. You’re frikkin absurdly broken you know that right? Yeah, I know.
Even if Mario and co are rockin the invincibility Super Sonic and Super Shadow could just banish them to the Zone of Silence with a quick wave of the hand, or perma-freeze them in time as Knuckle’s daughter did to King Shadow. In the comics, the seven Chaos Emeralds have enough power to create entire universes and apparently if you have six of these you are still basically omnipotent in that universe. Faust, who had forged the Chaos Emeralds after Turbo Tails and Super Shadow threw them into the Zone of Silence, basically became a god and remade the universe in his own liking. In fact, he’s apparently so powerful he didn’t even give two craps about handing Sonic the Grey Emerald for shits and giggles. Mario and co have never gained Universe-omnipotent power of that nature.
The other major advantage that the Sonic universe has in this battle is that they have a damn good share of wishing items. Throwing things like the Source of All, the Sword of Acorns, the Sword of Light and the Master Emerald at Mario and co and I can guarentee their invincibility is going down fast. It’s just frankly unfair due to the sheer number of omnipotent heroes, enemies, items and forces in the Sonic universe. To be frank, Master Mogul and Titan Tails had complete control over the multi-verse. Not only could they effortlessly undo any Star Power, but Mario, Goku and Naruto would be damn lucky if they didn’t blink out their universes with a thought. Yeah, they’re THAT broken. And Enerjak/Chaos Knuckles, Super Shadow, Super Sonic and Super Silver can jump through time at a thought. The sheer force of Super Sonic and Hyper Knuckles charging obliterated the universe they were fighting in (yes, that’s right, Sonic and Knuckles performed the “Hulk-clap” and lived to tell the tale). It’s just a whole different dimension of power.
Alot of people tend to seriously underestimate the ability of Super Sonic, Super Shadow, Super Silver, etc etc etc but when you factor in the crazy abilities of these already invincible fighters and then give them CHAOS CONTROL, which is, quite frankly the most BROKEN ABILITY EVER as it is essentially a blank check of space-time control, it just puts them in the Beyonder-level of power. I highly doubt even game or Sonic X universes would have much trouble in this fight. Seriously, have Naruto, Goku and Mario ever taken on anything that even comes anywhere NEAR Solaris? I mean, this guy literally wiped out 99.9% of existence and could devour dimensions and timelines like it was nothing. That and the whole omni-chronological thing (exists throughout all of time infinitely). Frankly, I know he’s a short blue hedgehog, but DAMN are this guy and his friends broken to the max! |
