It’s actually much fairer than you think folks, Cell knows everything about 17 afterall and he is argueable the smartest character in the series.

This is something I always use to debate about.I loved how they finally did it in Budokai Tenkaichi 2 I believe.17 has more power Cell has more brains.In the end it could go either way.17 will either get redemption for his absorption or Cell will absorb 17 again and ascend into an even higher form.

17 is a lot faster(not to mention stronger). so, it will be just cell vs ssj2 gohan all over again.

cell, stated it himself, being stronger is not enough. trunks learned that the hard way.

And Cell knows everything about 17 and he is smart. It could defently go either way, depends on what 17 does. If Cell regenerates from a big attack, Cell will become stronger and such.

Yes, but Cell has the brains and the ability to regenerate that he gets from having Piccolo’s DNA

yes, cell has those. but picolo was smarter than freeza, but, well, freeza pwned him.

and cell cant regenerate that fast from serious injuries. and a punch from ssj2 gohan made cell spat out 18. picolos regenerating powers didnt help him at the least

but you also remember when he committed suicide just to kill gohan and died, he came back in his perfect form.

But Piccolo didn’t know everything about Frieza either. His weaknesses, attacks,etc.

and cell knows 17s weakness? 17 is open to attacks if his absorbing ki attacks. and attacks? the arm auto cannon, the super electric ball thing?

well, you are right saying that super 17 can absorb his attacks, but he can only absorb so much. he has his limits as cell does also

and super 17s limits exceeds gokus kamehameha x10. which by the way is a lot stronger than gohans so called father-son kamehameha. and cell cant generate that much energy for an attack

so,super 17, pwns cell.

cell, had a lot of time to regenerate after he blew up. gohan and the others has time to mourn goku. and by that time, cell was regenerating.

He does, in a sense. Unless Cell decides to pull some sort of dirty trick like the absorption.

cell own by gohan and Super Android 17 is more powerfull than buu.
